I phoned and spoke to two consultants who promised to call me back and in between my calling Wayne left messages for these consultants to call me and they never did. Every time I called I was hush to Wayne and he kept his cool and made me understand that I will get assisted. He eventually took it upon himself to help me and made sure I understood all my policies.<br> Well Done Wayne I hope your colleagues can learn from you about customer services
