Credit for 2months advance by Patric on cancellation department

I’ve been requesting for a callback to Patric on your retentions team he did not callback and I need some clarification when I called last week I wanted to cancel my plan but however he promised a credit for 2months since I’ve been over 24months with 1Life now when I called they told me I still owe July premium how but he advanced me that I qualify for a credit for 2 months

Please I need to speak to Patric I couldn’t make a payment so it seems I should write here in order for me to get assistance
