Credit Check Done - Without my consent

I pulled a ITC Credit Report on 16/03/2016.<br> <br> Under \Enquiries\" it showed that 1Life did a credit check on me.<br> <br> I get sms's daily from companies trying to offer my insurance.<br> <br> I phoned 1Life and asked whether they had anything on file, meaning if I did reply to an sms that they were allowed to do a credit check on me.<br> <br> They did not find me with my ID number but with my cell.<br> <br> I spoke to a \"Manager\" that said I was phoned supposedly on the 6th March 2016.<br> <br> This is after the credit check was done.<br> <br> I gave nobody permission to so this.<br> <br> This is against the law, surely.<br> <br> "
