COVID-19 Inconsideration - Money hungry careless entity

So 2nd bad review in under 2 months guys -

I got an email for an increase my life policy with FFW just as the county went into lockdown. I made a scene online about this and 2 employees called me regarding my online comments.

They said they would offer me relief if needed - However I said I do not want relief I require no increase to my policy for 2020 under the current economic circumstances.

THEY AGREED NOT TO INCREASE MY POLICY AND THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD WHERE I WAS COMING FROM.

1ST May - Increase was debited.

This behaviour shows a total lack of consideration regarding their clients and the agreements they make.

They wont pay it forward and I will no longer pay them!
