Corporate-speak replies and zero assistance in 1Life insurance company
Once bitten twice shy, this company uses "corporate-speak" rather than give you straight answers. An agent ******* me into debiting money from a bank account that gets little to nothing. He assured me in a friendly manner that everything would turn out well as we spoke. A word of advice to anyone reading this don't go for that company it will destroy your trust in them. I still haven't got updates on the matter till today

15 Aug 2025, 12:55I haven't heard anything. The least you can do is give me an update on the situation. Because trying to contact you via social media or email seems futile. Either you blocked me or ignoring me, which is a different case when you started and always called and contacted via all communication including social media and email. There's still no "escalation"
