Continuous Excuse to Pilfer Taking Funds

I have had tried to get a policy cancelled since last year December of 2024. They increase funds without my consent and then when I called them to cancel their lines were so busy that my call was promptly cut. No matter how often I called back. I have contacted this company over various channels to with no joy. It is so odd that when they want to smear their products on people their pushy agents do not stop to listen to tell you that this is their policy. In February I finally managed to speak to a consultant in their cancellation department and it would be escalated and then they will see if they can return the some of the premiums! That was wasted effort, calling back and speaking with another agent to find out that the policy was not cancelled as per my request. I then called again and an agent informed me that the policy was not cancelled. This is now March of this year 2025 and I called to follow up and had to once again asked them to cancel the policy and only then did this agent cancel the policy. However the premiums continue to be taken off my account. This is theft! I do not care for their B-BBEE rating, as this obviously an excuse to continue with their theft. The World Bank has also advised South Africa to stop with this policy of B-BBEE as it is having a negative impact on our economy. 1Life is proof of this as it is an excuse for their lack of understanding. This morning again the premium was taken for a PRODUCT I DO NOT WANT!!!!!! This leads me to the conclusion that they are all illiterate and it works to the convenience of 1Life theft policy!!!!!!!!! I will NOT RECOMMEND this ORGANIZATION. To add insult to injury I have to rate the one sided questions, NOT HAPPENING! Now I have to waste more money on contacting this company to ask them to return the ****** funds. I can guarantee that they will tell me that they will look into it and if I am "lucky" it will be done at their convenience. The biggest farce is that on their website they offer education on how to manage your money. Yes, I am sure they will and they should rephrase that on how to be a *****, take peoples money and be part of the *******ion and lack of service delivery and all the other negative things this country is already so famous for. This morning another premium went off, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
