Consultants very poorly trained.

Wow I’ve never had such an experience. Consultant putting down a phone on my ear, just after she confirmed all the banking details and reading the binding / fine print lines for me.

As I requested to ask quotations as she was done with her sale and presentation she puts the phone down.

Thinking of cancelling the Policy already. If this can be done when u sign up, imagine what happens when u want to claim.

So disappointed that she could live up to what 1Life promises their clients.

I’m out shame.
