Consultants dropped the phone 3 times on my ears/ wanted to cancel a policy

Just called to get a quote and I was happy with the premium but not happy with something. I then asked the consultant to cancel my application. He promised to and I then started getting welcome messages. I called their customer service 3 times and they kept dropping the phone on my ears.
