I submitted a claim for a headstone and have been following up on its progress. However, each time I enquire, I receive different information and explanations regarding the status of my claim.

I am aware of another individual who submitted a similar headstone claim and received payment within two days. In my case, I have not been provided with a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. I would appreciate clarification on the status of my claim and the reasons for the prolonged processing time.

Yo kee saying it takes 7 to 14 working days, and why did the other person receive their money in less than 7 days. I need answers.
