I phoned One Life and spoke to Marcel who was very helpful, and he said he would send me an email right away.
I went on to the email link and asked to be called back, and within minutes my call was returned by Jarred Jacobs, who was very knowledgable and helpful, pleasant and with a great sense of humour.
I am very impressed with the service I received today.
