I would like to thank your Chandre Judas consultant at the Resolutions Officer division for her excellent support. It has been a lengthy back to back email, calls for about 3 months for only refund which hopefully I will receive any moment.

She provided timely and helpful advice regarding refund and also apology on behalf of the entire company. She let me know of all the important information regarding refund , proof of payment and the time to expect it. Chandre was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I wish that Fiona Venter from 1Life, and this ladies from Prosperity (Promise Mlambo and Seabi Moletsane) could learn a thing or two about service excellent cause they all failed horribly more specially Fiona.
