Hi my name is Nicolette, I'm writing a complain on behalf of my parents Norman white age 76 and June white age 67,in the year 2916 there came a 1life consultant to our home offering my parents a life policy contract my parents then said they were not interested in a police at that time and told the lady, so the lady asked for there IDs and my father asked why do you need out IDs if we not interested so she said I must take your I'd numbers and next to it you just need to signe next to it to just show that she did come around to them and that she did her job that's the reason why, so as the month passed they went to withdraw there money and notice but there was a amount of R120 deducted from each of there accounts but not knowing who is deducting this money, so they went to the sassa office told them that they want to know who is deducting this money from there accounts but then sassa told them it show on there systems that's it is 1life taking this money from there accounts for a life policy but then my ****her told sassa but they never give any consent to 1life to do so at all but then they told sassa that there was a lady from 1life at there home and they told her they were not interested but then my ****her asked Sasa is there no a way they could stop this and they said they can't, but if my parents change to the new Sasa card they will get a new account number and no one can take money from there account should they change but the money was still being taken from there accounts so with the new rule that they can bank with any Bank of there choice they change there cards again but still they money is being take from there accounts from 2016 up till 2020 and no one is able to help them stop this or tell them who is taking this money from there accounts, so my dad got this legal aid lawyer and she then told my parents she will contact 1life and asked them if my parents have a policy with them she then took all there details like bank account numbers and I'd numbers and said she will work on it for them and this was in 2019 but she never came back to them with any information on this matter so my parents is paying for a policy for all these years but has no proof of it should anything happened to them because no one can actually tell them where this money is going and who give consent that these money may be taken from there accounts each month as they never received any letter or call or policy number at all and when they do receive there money each month there is being taken a R120 off from each account up till this very time so how can't sassa stop it if they know it's 1life taking it from the accounts each month and if it's 1life why did they not contact or send a letter or give a call to my parents can you please advice further on this matter please Regards Nicolette.
