COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS USELESS AND MY COMPLAINT STILL NOT RESOLVED
ONE LIFE COMPLAINTS AGENT NOT GETTING BACK TO A PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY IGNORE EMAILS AND THE SO CALLED COMPLAINTS MAILBOX NO ONE REPLIES ON THIS BOX, SO NOT SURE HOW THIS WORKS??????? I AM SHOCKED AT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU GUYS GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE TAKE ANYTHING WITH 1LIFE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANOTHER COMPLAINTS AGENT TO CALL ME AND SORT THIS OUT AS CHANDRE JUDAS IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
