Complaint

They rejected a claim saying child was in hospital for 71 hours and some minutes,they start from 72 hours,it's not only that they also purposely ignore emails when you do a follow up they tell you it's because photos aren't clear and when you ask why didn't they email you back to notify you they give some lame excuse,yet when Absa debits I don't give them all these excuses
