Complain

My mother send claim at one life I call them before ask if the police is active the lady Babalwa said the police is right I can send documents I call them on the 07 January 2022 my mother email claim documents on the 13 January and when we call them on the Saturday the 15 they said the police lapse .That was a Schock to us I ask them why they did not deduct the 2month on the money that suppose to pay most of the police use to do that and it's 2 police's and I ask or why they can't withdraw one police and pay one instant of the disappoint Ment we had with them we really not happy ask advice.Police member is Miss.TG Mbatsha. We really not happy because when they advise people to join police they were so nice .I really need help because my mother is old and I can't handle the stress they put us through.
