I had a life cover with 1life that was cancelled during Covid and received a call on Monday the 20th of March but asked the consultant to call some other time just to avoid them and today a debit order of more than R600 just went off and I don’t even know what it is for. This is so pathetic, just because you have my acc details does not mean you can just debit my acc for no reason. You can be in need of sales but now you are becoming ******. A debit order in not free to reverse let alone waisting time and petrol to go to the bank. My money was ****** as I have no business with 1 life and I’m never going to have any thing with them in future even if I need a policy and they are the cheapes.
