Claims department not calling back

Most pathetic life policy ever i am so sorry i joined my husband passed away on 31st December 2024 i keep calling sending call backs no one calls me you hold on for ages i will definitely not recommend them at all for life policies tge service is not good i even requested call back so many times even before my husbands passing and no one called me i expect a call back from claims urgently
