CLAIMS CONSULTANT FROM THE PITS

I just had a worst kick in the stomach from a claims consultant named thato. I think hs surname is maseko.. I was following up on a funeral claim.. I lost my mom last week Tuesday.. I couldn't make a claim Saturday cause the voimail said they work from Mon-Fri., I couldn't make a claim until wesday cause Monday n Tuesday they were off..

Mind you the funeral is Saturday.. They body is expected to be brought today.. I can't pay undertakers.. I'm waiting for 1life to pay me... I voiced my concerned to thato that it was not my fault 1life didn't hv measures in place to entertain claims on public holidays..had they did the process for my claim would b long fininalized.. THATO HAS THE NERVE TO ASK N TELL ME WAS I WORKING ON MONDAY...?
