claim with assesor for more than a month

My aunt passed away las month on the 26 i sent through yhe documents for processing of life insurance claim. i habe called 1 life numerous times and asked for progress and everytime they say it is stil leiththe assesor. I called this morning and they told me it could take months to pay out the life insurance. My AUNT PAID THIS POLICY EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. NEVER LATE PAYMENTS OR MISSED PAYMENTS. now that she passed on they take so long to prosess this claim. unacceptable.
