Claim Declined
My Mother passed on in March 2021, and our claims were processed but eventually got declined because apparently, 1Life converted her policy to Accidental Cover due to not doing HIV Tests. I have since asked for the initial recording of when she was taking the Life Policy to hear if the HIV tests policy was explained or even mentioned to her. Can I please get this request sorted?
