<p>I recently submitted a claim to 1 Life after which I received a call from Romano Benjamin Titus Marimuthu. Romano introduced himself as the responsible Claims Assessor. He explained the process to be followed and regularly kept me posted about the status of the claim. He also prepared me for any possible delays likely be encountered in particular with regard to information to be obtained from third parties. I would like to thank Romano for all the trouble he has taken to help and my family.
