Cheap service

I'm disappointed buy the medical insurance called flexi care I took under auto and general , my membership shows that its active but when in trying being transferred to the benefits department it appears that my membership was cancelled last year but debit orders or running through , I ohone flexi care , Saturday no help Monday same story, I though I'm saving in taking this but in going back to discovery it's TRUE what they say that cheap proce cheap customer service last I'm reversing the debit orders that I can , and the guy I spoke to Saturday he will call me they forgot to load me on their system, but clearly the remeber to debit every month
