Cancelling contract an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!
Customer service is terrible - multiple emails and phone calls to try and cancel my policy, retention department extremely unprofessional and can hear agent "sighing" on the other end
STILL WAITING for confirmation that this policy has been cancelled...
