Cancelled policy unknowingly

Why has my funeral police been cancelled without my consent or knowledge. Email was sent via a promotional mail by you. After receiving premiums on time and over payments. Is this because I'm still disputing my late sister's life policy. This is unacceptable and I will go to the extreme to make this known. Your CEO published in his news letter that "it's VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP A HIGH CUSTOMERS RETENTION" and yet you go and cancel my policy without me knowing.

This cancellation letter was sent on exactly the same day the ombudsman sent you a letter to resolve our dispute.
