Cancelled policy debited

On the 10th of October 2023 I emailed 1Life to cancel my policy, my email was acknowledged and thought the policy will be cancelled. This morning the 4th of November I got the SMS that 1Life has deducted the policy amount of R204.00 despite the fact that I have asked for cancellation.

I would like to get my money back with immediate effect.
