Cancelled policy

I took out a cover with 1life, l don't want it anymore. It's within my right ANDIFUNI ! They keep debiting and l keep reversing. You ****ing with my bank charges and I've spoke to a lady and told her to cancel it and sent a email for it to be cancelled. Is everyone there stupid or delusional because I've said l don't want it. I made it clear in simple English!!!
