Cancellation of policy ignored

I sent a cancellation letter more than a year ago, 1life is still deducting premiums. I spoke to a consultant 2 months ago and got promised that the policy will be effectively stopped and reimbursed. On the 26 July I sent email to customer care for a follow up. Akhona called and asked for a copy of cancellation letter which I sent to her.
