CANCELLATION OF POLICY
ON BEHALF OF: MR SINGIN BORAIN<br> I emailed a request on behalf of my fiance, on 26 March 2016, to 1Life, to cancel the life insurance policy with immediate effect as we have decided to keep our old Life insurance, with another provider.<br> <br> They contacted him once, at work, to confirm the cancellation. He did not have all his details on hand at the time, so they promised to contact him again.<br> <br> To date he has NOT received any call back regarding the cancellation. They contacted me on my cell number but were unable to accept any information from me as I am not the policy owner. <br> <br> This is UNACCEPTABLE, as we are not prepared to pay an installment for a policy we do not want.<br> <br> It is very bad service.<br> <br> Singin must be contacted immediately so that this cancellation can be processed before the installment is deducted from his account, or we will reverse that installment, and take the matter further.<br>
