CANCELLATION OF POLICY
I have been trying to cancel insurance policy with 1Life since 19 August 2015. Spoke to different people who assured me that I only needed to send cession letter from the bank. Then only to find out on 16 September that policy has not been cancelled. Phoned today (17th) and luckily landed up with Wayne Powell who immediately sprang into action and cancelled policy while I was on the phone with him still. Even received my letter of cancellation within 5 minutes! Well done and thank you Wayne!!
