I called to cancel my policy on Monday and your “smart” agent told I will receive my prove in 15 minuets. Guess what it’s friday today I haven’t receive it even after I called and talked to 5 of your “smart” egents. Whom also gave me the some bull**** stories of “sorry sir I will personally call and check if you have receive the document”

After that I reach a state where I am going to cancel all the policies I have with you.
