Cancellation

Good day

I would like to cancel my existing life cover with you,as I am currently HIV positive and I have therefore decided to go with AllLife insurance, can the cover be cancelled with immediate effect so that there’s no premium that would go off end of August, my ID# ***, reson for cancellation is already stated above, and although all if fine in terms of my health, my Viral load is below detectable I do not wish to have to explain the hows, whens and why’s hence I see that the best option would be to just cancel, I have been with you for wuite some time and although I do not wish to but I think it would be best. i have tried to call your number and also to send emails but to no avail.
