Cancelation of my life policy

I sent in so many emails regarding my life policy and there has been no response. I want to cancell my life policy with 1 life immediately and I want my full refund on my premium immediately. Am not happy with your services . . I thought that I was covered for dreaded diseases and I found out that i was not covered .
