Cancelation nightmare

This company makes it really easy to take out life insurance but almost impossible to cancel it. They refer you from the friendly but *********** consultant to the next offering no real assistance. I took out life insurance for property that I owned and bonded through the bank. I have actually sold the property back in Aug 2018 and still struggling to cancel the Life insurance and still forced to pay !. I even got a letter from the bank stating that the bond on the property has been canceled but this is still not sufficient. Now they are requesting a cession letter from the bank, cant help but wonder what will be next. Worst insurer ever. Stay as far away as possible, I am beyond frustrated!
