Cancel Policy and no feedback received.

I want to cancel my insurance with them for the past 2 weeks and been sending them e-mails asking for confirmation that my policy with them has been cancelled. After 4 e-mails send asking for confirmation, I have not received one e-mail back from them to confirm my cancellation. Client service and the cancellation department have been notified but I have received no response.
