They really need to hire consultants who are competent and know how to deal with customers.The quote phonecall I just had was very unprofessional. The lady I spoke went crazy and emotional towards me just because I had concerns on how she was handling her call. These uneducated call centre kids are ruining the reputation for most companies including 1life
