I called 1Life with an intention to cancel my life cover and Wayne was very friendly and helpful and not once was he rude as often the reaction you get when you want to cancel a service. He advised me on changes that could be made to the policy to make it more affordable and I ended up not cancelling because I really didn't want to lose some of the benefits. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has a great attitude. Thank you for the excellent service :-))
