Call Centre Efficiency
Wayne Powell assisted me with two queries I had. One of which did not fall in his space, but none the less he did his best to assist.<br> Even though the service provider itself caused this inconvenience of me having to follow up on a issue, Wayne assisted as best he could and made the experience less painful. <br> Thanks Wayne! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from First For Women Insurance to 1Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
