Call centre aggravation

I have requested a quote from 1Life quite a while back and now the call centre agents are constantly calling me to pitch me the whole deal from the start. The last agent I spoke to said to me - 'you requested a quote but didn't take it up with us, what happened.' I am paraphrasing. First of all, she has no right to ask me why I did not accept their quotation, unless I signed something. When I told her to take me off their call list, she started getting rude. This was the 6th call I got from them today. Please note that it is this type of attitude that turns clients away from even getting quotations because of being harassed afterwards. I will in the near future not be dealing with 1Life, even for a quotation.
