Call centre agent: helpful, well trained, professional
<p>was assisted by Bafana Malabie on 28-03-2017 and He was very helpful. My only issue was that he did not speak very clearly (I was still able to understand most of what he said though). Regardless, it was a very pleasant experience, very painless, quick, and efficient, and don't dread calling the support line like i do with most places</p>
