I took out a life policy ad disability from 1 life. I am not an loyal client and for the past 2 years, not realizing when I put claim on 25/4/2019 for my disability and the policy of states clearly payments to will be made 3 months ago from disability, ha guess what I only received was the my outcome of on 16/10/2019 that your claim ad life cover is canceled with immediate effect. So I was paying R1300 for 2 years to full 1 life pockets. Not fair at all. No going to the financial ombudsman.
