Budget life cancellation

I called to cancel my life insurance with Budget life. It took me 15 minutes of repeatedly telling the consultant that I want to cancel my account, and him repeatedly explaining why I shouldn't...even though I told him my reason is financial and I have read some bad reviews about Budget.

After all this I am told i need to email them to *** the point have having a cancellation call line if i have to send a mail in any event.

Nevertheless i sent the mail, and got no reply, i sent another mail a week later, again no reply, and now i was just debited my monthly installment.

Absolutely terrible service and I can fully understand the other negative reviews.
