<p>I had the pleasure of liaising with Romano Marimuthu in your claims department. He is a breath of fresh air in that he was able to process my client's claim in less than an hour of having sent him all the documentation and he responded with positive news. I will be happy to advise my client that this matter is resolved. I will definitley refer her and others to 1Life for further policies to be taken.
