Breaching POPI Act

An agent cut the call on me when I asked for my numbers to be removed from your database. I have never been a client of 1life and I don’t wish to be one. I do not wish to get a quotation, I’m happy with my current insurance. I don’t know where 1life got my numbers from but I’m tired of being bombarded with smses and emails. I always reply stop to optout but that clearly doesn’t work and that’s a breach of the POPI Act - you have no right to keep my personal details when I have never been a client of 1life
