From the very second she picked up that phone I felt welcomed and engaged, not forgetting how she cemented a bright smile on my face. Prior to dialing 1Life contact centre to rectify some errors I spotted in my policy document, I exceeded my expectations in a negative manner assuming it was going to be a very tedious process, guess I was on the wrong. Not only did she go an extra mile to assist me, she made the whole process feel like it was two allies/ friends that have been apart for some time and were in a catch up happy moment. The way she presented herself was remarkable and the only thing I could relate to was excellent service delivery and the drive behind that. Few words for you my lad, keep doing what you do best and always make that customer feel your smile and enthusiasm from the other side of the phone call.
