Big up to Thabo Tsoari of 1life

I took a cover for my mom and sister on the 30th of March with 1life. considering the fact that this needed to be confirmed with the insured persons. My mom was called, but my mother cannot speak nor understand English but only her vernacular. Then Thabo was brought in to come try help my mother understand the terms and conditions of the product. Thabo pulled out all of his Tsonga speaking skills to an extend that at the end of the call my mom couldn't stop smiling every time we mentioned Thabo's name.<br> <br> To you Thabo, your are a star.
