Beware of 1Life

My father passed away on July, when I was in a process of claiming for him I discovered that he also covered his siblings. Nomhle older sister and Lawrance Nkosentsha who are deceased 2022&2021(my father never claimed for them). I submitted Nomhles claim after his claim and they paid on both but when I submitted Lawrence claim they kept quiet. I called and was told the policy is closed, they don’t wanna pay whereas my Father has been paying and the policy hasn’t lapsed yet!!!
