Best service ever

I got a call from 1Life offering me another one of their packages. After the call I decided to go further and upgrade my already existing policy. I have always wanted to upgrade but I never had the time to call 1Life. So I was then put through to the call center and got through this gentle man. He was very welcoming over the phone and was patient to listen to what I was requesting. He already had my info at had so the transition from the previous caller to was smooth. With a very positive attitude he kindly checked what I was looking for. Not only did he provide me with what I wanted, but he also checked the alternative as well. Although I was already satisfied with his first quotation, the alternative he offered actually suited me even better and it was cheaper than what I originally asked for. What blew me over was that he could not sell me the alternative he actually had to pass it over to someone else which means he did put my best interest at heart regardless that he was about to lose to a sale to someone else. He promised to call me again and check if someone did actually call. It was a busy day for me so I missed all three calls. But this is Amazing service. Keep it up.
