Best service: Bafana Malabie - 1Life

Bafana Malabie is the 1Life Administrator who assist me this morning 11/03/2020 at 12h00. I'm very impressed with the service rendered by this young man. I'm old school and have been frustrated with the customer service that we receive all over in the past few years. Our youngsters who are suppose to help us have so little patients and show no sympathy with the client who's on the other end of the line. Some of them can't even speak properly and are abrupt when we as the client are not clear enough in what we need. I haven't had such calm and clear telephonic assistance in ages. Thanks to Bafana I understood clearly and he was able to give me advise and another option of help. This is what I call "FIRST CLASS SERVICE"!!
