I needed help on where to do my blood work and Devakshan was pleasant and understood exactly what was needed he didn't keep me waiting on the line like some call centre agents. He was pleasant with a great attitude, I asked for numbers for the respective agents and he assisted with that giving me the details and asking if I needed anything else. Once the call was done he was so kind and helpful I couldn't help but compliment him on the great service.
