He speaks clearly , his friendly, warm, polite and he explains well but also speaks fast enough so he doesn't waste ones time. From the second I answered the phone until the end of the call I was interested in what he had to say. He has good knowledge of the product his selling, he has top notch communication s****s, his creative and makes one feel comfortable. He is an amazing listener and pays attention to detail further he has excellent customer service s****s. He is extremely professional and confident.
